gmbleads.app is a marketing and demo site for the GMBLeads script. The live demo linked from this site runs against real Google Maps data with sending and AI calls disabled — it's for evaluation only, not a production account.
The license
Purchasing GMBLeads gets you a license to run the script on your own infrastructure, as described on the pricing section of this site: one business, one installation, for $199, including one year of updates and support. Multi-site or agency use requires separate arrangement — see the contact form.
Your responsibility
GMBLeads includes compliance features (approval queue, quiet hours, opt-out tracking) to help you send outreach responsibly, but you are responsible for complying with the outreach, data-protection, and consumer-protection laws that apply in the jurisdictions where you operate and where your leads are located.
No warranty
The script is provided as-is. We provide updates and support for the period stated at purchase, but make no guarantee of specific results (lead volume, reply rates, or sales) from using it.
